The courage to begin

Before I worked as a model, I was a travel agent. In an early interview on this very website, I described trying my first online weekend and feeling that I had found something I wanted to pursue. By the following Monday, I had made the decision to leave my previous job. One weekend had opened the door to a very different life.

By January 2014, this online world was already part of my life. What followed was learning, meeting people and discovering how to make this space feel like my own. Away from the polished portraits and the headlines, there was a real person finding her feet, choosing a different path and taking it one step at a time. That is the beginning I want you to know: a little courage before all the sparkle.

More than one look

One outfit does not tell the whole story. A theatrical hat and autumn leaves create one mood; a black dress and bright heels create another. Looking through the archive, I can see different colours, hairstyles and ideas, each with its own personality. That variety is part of what makes a photographic world feel alive.

For me, the princess feeling is in the little details: a beautiful colour, a confident pose, an imaginative setting. It is a way of telling a visual story, not pretending that real life is a fairy tale. There is room here for a dressed-up portrait and a casual photograph, for something playful and something composed. I would rather show you several sides of me than repeat the same picture.

An Internet Celebrity milestone

In 2018, my story gained a title I am proud of: Internet Celebrity at the AW Awards. Seeing my name among the winners gave this journey a special place in my memories. The organiser's official archive still lists that milestone today, but what makes it meaningful to me is everything behind the name: the work, the encouragement and the people who believed in me.

In my blog, I thanked everyone whose support helped me win. Later, I also shared the news that my personal website had been nominated for Best Live Cam Model Personal Site at the Bucharest Summit Awards. The award and that later nomination are different moments in the same story. Both remind me how far a personal beginning can go, and how much it means to have a community there with you.

The people who made it personal

When I wrote my holiday message to the people following this website, I thanked them for their kind words, their encouragement and the feedback that helped us grow. That feeling deserves a place in About Me too. An award can mark a moment; the people who keep coming back make the whole journey feel personal.

This is still my corner of the world: somewhere to share a look, revisit a memory and tell you a little more about the woman in the photographs.
