Sign in to the account used for the purchase. Membership access and individual credit purchases are different. After signing in, check Purchase History and My Purchases.
If you still need help, contact support with your username and payment reference. Never send your password or full card details.
Manage or cancel a recurring subscription
Manage CCBill recurring subscriptions through CCBill Consumer Support (opens in a new tab). Canceling a renewal is different from deleting your site account. Check your membership details for the remaining access period.
